National Domestic Abuse Helplines
Women can call The National Domestic Abuse Helpline, run by Refuge on 0808 2000 247 for free at any time, day or night.
Male victims of domestic abuse can call ManKind on 0182 3334 244 (Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm).
If you identify as LGBT+, you can call Galop on 0800 999 5428 for emotional and practical support (Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday, 10.00 am to 8.00 pm).
Police
In an emergency, do not hesitate to call the Police on 999 (or 101 in non-emergencies).
